Paul O’Brien

Paul is a co-founder of LinkResQ bringing extensive business experience managing multinational companies, at operations, general management, and director level. A marine engineer, he has knowledge of the petrochemical, mechanical engineering and energy industry sectors. He has implemented operational excellence programmes at division level and is an expert in management by objectives. A trained "black belt", he has acted as an assessor of the EFQM award and has led the implementation of a division wide Six Sigma programme. He has driven the integration of complex acquisitions on three continents. He is a director of a number of companies and is an instinctive risk assessor, with a speciality in alignment in the Enterprise Risk Management context. |

Gerard Joyce

Gerard is co-founder of LinkResQ with over 30 years experience in the ICT sector in various roles; engineering, technical sales, customer operations, IT management and risk management. His broad experience in different functional areas coupled with his study and practice in risk management enables him to bring a deep understanding of the issues associated with Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity. For ten years Gerard serviced a complex Pan European technical customer base out of Munich. He is an Electronic Systems graduate from the University of Limerick, Ireland. He is a member of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM), chairman of the NSAI Risk Management Consultative Committee and a member of the ISO International Risk Management Working Group. He is also an active member of the steering groups of several industry networks. |

Reginald Freake
Director |
Reg has many years of international senior management and business experience. He was Director of Operations on the senior management team for Dell Canada where he played a strategic role in successfully restructuring their business. Thereafter he joined Dell’s senior management team in Dell Europe in Limerick where he was responsible for European service logistics and subsequently Dell’s executive customer relations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He was also instrumental in the design and establishment of Dell’s world class high technology customer centre in Limerick. A specialist in market growth and customer retention he brings to LinkResQ a global perspective on political and economic risks to global businesses. Reg is actively involved in a number of business organisations and economic initiatives in the Midwest Region. |
